Your teammates are business people and they have to take some self-responsibility.

4. Invest in yourself. You're the constant. You can be whatever happens in your company here. In order to attract high quality people, BECOME top quality yourself. I see a lot of web marketers that wonder why they obtain this kind of crummy people when their advertising and marketing is telling people that they never have to pick up the device, prospect, make sales, or even do anything to make lots of money really. The problem with hype marketing could it be works…but simply to attract lower quality people and turn fully off the high quality people that would be awesome to have in your team.


5. Always be there to aid but don't make it possible for yourself do all of the work. The unfortunate truth is You will need success for your teammates more than many of them are interested for themselves, that does NOT mean YOU work yourself into a frenzy to coach them on actions they are going to never perform. There is never a question asked from my teammates, successful or not, that goes unanswered, but if someone doesn't do the homework or the actions they say they'll do, I don't stress myself out by me compensating for their insufficient work by over-supporting them.

6. Stop trying to motivate and rather, ENCOURAGE! Encouraging is you resting in a chair barking guidelines to your MLM squad, inspiring is YOU doing those things you wish they would do. They could tell the difference between managing and leading, go lead.
